El pasado domingo día 7, asistí a la Celebración Eucarística en la Parroquia de Rielves (Toledo)
Esta parroquia celebraba un acontecimiento especial. La Refundación de la Cofradía Sacramental del Santísimo Sacramento.
Según en la homilía, explicó el Sr. Cura Párroco desde 1699 o antes, ya existía en esta Parroquia de Santiago Apóstol de Rielves ( Toledo) la Cofradía del Santísimo Sacramento y se tiene documento escrito del 1 de octubre de 1713 en que ya se celebraba en esta Parroquia la Minerva de la Sacramental .
Ahora un grupo de feligreses en unión con su Párroco han querido reavivar la llama Eucarística actualizando esta Cofradía que permanecía latente y que ahora se vuelve viva y eficaz. Se han preparado durante unos meses haciendo La Minerva correspondiente y con adoración al Santísimo todos los jueves del mes.
En la Eucaristía el Sacerdote lee el Acta de Constitución y los cofrades reciben la insignia y besan la Biblia a la vez que se comprometen a cumplir fielmente lo que la Cofradía manda.
La Presidenta de la Archicofradía del Santísimo Sacramento de Torrijos le da su acogida a la vez que les entrega copia de la bula Pastoris a eterni que el Papa Julio II otorgara a esta Institución Eucarística en Torrijos en 1508 fundada por Doña Teresa Enríquez “ La Loca del Sacramento” y medalla de la Archicofradía, a la vez que le ofrece su apoyo y ayuda en todo lo que necesiten para el desarrollo de la Cofradía que
comienza una nueva andadura.
Es una buena preparación para esta semana en la que ya el jueves en unos lugares y en todos el domingo, celebraremos la Fiesta del Cuerpo de Cristo “ Corpus Christi “ del Dios hecho Hombre que para no dejarnos solos se ha querido quedar con nosotros bajo las especies eucarísticas de su Cuerpo y Sangre para ser nuestro alimento en esta vida y prenda segura de Vida Eterna.
